Which options are possible at Time to Trail Coach?


Monthly, semi-annual and annual subscription

Training sessions will be tailored to you and programmed in TrainingPeaks. This program communicates with most watches (once you have it set up), allowing your workouts to automatically sync to your device. Communication with your coach will occur via WhatsApp, scheduled calls, and feedback on your workouts in TrainingPeaks.

Intake

Before you start with TTT, there will be a no-obligation intake meeting. In this session, we will discuss our training methods, explain TrainingPeaks, and you can share your coaching needs. We will also look into your daily training possibilities, determine your heart rate zones, and get to know each other before we get started.

Injury consult (online)

Have you been dealing with injuries for a while and don’t know how to handle them? Send a message through “contact” with your question.
